Most of the computing is saying right thing at exactly right place or it simply doesn’t work.
Right thing means having the right syntax, the format, the duration, the protocol you use, and the right place means you are typing it out at the right software, you are sending it to the right software, you are using the right address, the right port, you are writing the command at the right terminal.
It’s like, it’s a funnel.
At the top is the most unobscured input and as we go down the funnel, it is just binary 0s and 1s.
Everything travels downwards from unobscured to 0s and 1s to get things done.
It goes from obscure to more abstract.
A process where message passes through n number of translators till it’s 0s and 1s.
And the translator speaks in only two languages and accepts input in only one.
So to get anything done with computer, make sure you are saying the right thing at right place.
And if you get error, then iterate till you get it right.
This becomes a game of knowledge, precision, trial and error, and having the patience.
It’s really about just having the patience till it works because you are the one who are saying the wrong thing or saying it at the wrong place.
It needs surgical precision
Like the hole in one game, be the shape and get reward or be out.
