I always talk about pareto shit and in sales it is to be visible in front of the right people

Because I have already made it clear that building is not the way out I don’t want to iterate the product I want to iterate the marketing till I hit the PMF I want to use positioning and the people as the win condition

So who exactly are these right people

These are the people who are already winning

These are the people who have already got the money to pay for things that will help them win more

These are the people who are generating output in high volume

These are the people who want to do more of it

These are the people who want to get better at it

These are the people who know more can happen

They know what the obstacle is in doing more

And they wanna remove it as soon as possible

The doctrine is simple

Help the winners win more

Help the people who got money

Pitch to team leaders and kingmakers

Those who make decisions for a huge set of people because that results in bulk purchases

Higher the intent from them the better for your sale

Position yourself well

Disqualify those who do not make the cut
