I just realized that you can not just make anything and get attention for it. After watching videos 10 hours per day because I just have no safe control, I have realized there are four things or factors that get you attention.
- A sexy person
- A sexy location
- A sexy story
- A soy face or sth funny
Those are the only four things that can save you no matter what the niche is. Unless you hit one of the four marks, you’re going to be doomed. The more the merrier but of course you cannot have all of them at once; that would be too hard and maybe it will just fall apart. If you hit at least one or two of them in a video, you are golden and consistently being able to do that is what makes your channel blow up.
Being a sexy person, of course, the more attractive you are, the more people want to look at you, the more they gonna favorably act towards you.
Sexy location just means it is just breathtaking or amazing to look at. It might be nature; it might be some high-class place; it might be something really pretty, whatever, but the location, if it is sexy, draws eyes.
A sexy story means that the content you are talking about, the story you are sharing, the information you are sharing, the predictions you are sharing, if they are really attractive because they tap something inside the human, you are going to have a really good time on social media.
And for the last one of course not everyone can be sexy or have access to a pristine location or stories. That’s when you will see comedians getting their share. Either they make a funny face or have jokes to share but that also gets attention. After all the royal court is full of serious people and jesters.
See I can keep writing sexy stories. I have the talent for it. I definitely don’t wanna do the soy face thing. That means I have to work on being a sexy person and having access to sexy locations.
Being a sexy person for me just means getting fitter, fixing my skin, and managing my hair better. For the sexy location I need to research because I have no idea. I’m a home buddy even in this beautiful campus in North East. I have spent most of my time in my room.
But there is a nuanced relationship also. You cannot just depend on a sexy story. Unless you have a sexy person presenting the story, you’ll have to be the soy guy presenting the sexy story so it’s like there are some levels to this shit.
Yeah it’s like if Jamie Dimon is talking about something finance-related, he won’t have to make reaction faces or crack a lot of jokes, etc. On the other hand if you look at some low-tier influencer, he is going to need to make some soy faces.
I think a good location can ease a lot of pressure on you when it comes to having a sexy story and being a sexy person. All the drop shipping scammers or course sellers I see max out everything on location and rent things like villas, cars, and luxury experiences and that is enough for them to not only garner attention but also sell shit.
Basically location is a proof of concept that whatever this guy has to share has to be worth it because he is surrounded by things that are worth it. The story on its own, without being paired with location or a sexy person, has to fight for its worth and might be vulnerable to needing soy faces and jokes. If you don’t wanna do soy face, go for a really prime location.
If you are trying to present a really good story with a bad location, from the first second you have to fight for attention. You have to work on hooks and everything just becomes way too performative and soy. For example the gossip stories or magazines about pop culture, they are so fucking clickbait and so full of soy faces. On the other hand you will look at architecture digests and luxury magazines. The people are so serious there and the location is so fucking sexy bro.
Plus if you have a good location, you are under a restriction to not be fucking soy, like that would be just too much dissonance. If you are in a f-cool location, you act cool; it’s like a really good self perpetuating effect.
All right so I will work on being a sexy person myself. I already have the capacity for sexy stories; now I need to figure out how to get to sexy locations.
