The best thing I can do 99.99% of the time is to write on a piece of paper. The best current move is somehow always the pen and paper. It might be emotional turmoil or it might be ideation or taking notes or planning some things out or using it as my second brain so that I can actually manage my work, or writing down what I know to solidify it in my brain or just using pen and paper to learn, visualize, express, vent, dream and meditate. It is always my solution to almost all problems. But I find myself not spamming it as much as I should. Somehow I have eight hours of screen time instead of paper time.

For office work It is how many times you are actually pressing a button. At least, that is the case in my job because we have a lot of volume and I think in my personal case, my North star should be how many times am I touching the pen on the paper
