Look around us. It is full of people and all those people have a lot of problems. And the world is full of problems, not worth solving. So there are going to be a lot of problems, and only few solutions. There are only few winners out there who found solution to their problems and are winning.
So instead of solely focusing on problems of yourself or someone else, it is better to focus on the winners and what are the solutions they got and how they got it. And we can do this across millennia. Every human era had its people, their problems and their set of winners and the solutions they came up. With studying solutions is way more rewarding than just focusing on problems. Of course, there are books like military misfortunes that can give us a lot of insights into why things go wrong. But I think it is supposed to be like one of the twenty books you read, and the other nineteen are supposed to be either for leisure joy or just understanding the winners and their solutions. And how they got there? What were their thoughts? What were their mindset? Who were the people they were surrounded by? What was their workflow? All those things.
So, I think what I will be doing from now I will be browsing Amazon for books and end up at niche, weird corners, get e-books, give that to AI to get to the crux of it as soon as possible. I want to cover as many winners and solutions as possible. So, giving full attention to each book is just not possible. Plus, a lot of writing styles are. In a way that I just can’t parse them really effectively. For example, I bought Plutarch’s Lives a few weeks ago, and that thing is just melting my brain trying to read it. Like I read a page, and then I realize that I could have benefited greatly if this was just written using like two three lines. So I think having AI as a parser in between books to get to the good stuff and maybe revisiting really really good stuff on my own in the original material can be the thing that I can do.
