I saw a Clash Royale reel on my phone, and I watched it till the end. It has 15.9k likes, so it’s clearly doing something right. So let’s try to see the world they have built, because there are millions of Clash Royale videos, right? Why did this one get ahead?

There is player one, player two, their relationship of being opponents and who will win the game, right? That’s that’s the whole scene here.

First of all, anyone who has played Clash Royale, they know that you have to take out the towers, right? And low tower health means it’s an intense moment. Something bigger is going to happen soon. It makes us anticipate. So the opponents’ two towers are at four and twenty three health. So we are going to anticipate them getting demolished soon. So okay that’s a good hook. I’m gonna keep watching and right in the first fucking second, when I realize that okay these towers have low health, he puts arrows and zap on both of them. So okay I know those towers are demolished.

But right on that moment, the opponent hits the king laughing emote. Oh, so that means maybe there is a chance this guy has a backup plan and can reverse the tides. The relationship might change between these two guys. He might go from losing to winning, huh?

So according to me, in this position he has to attack. Okay, he has to just figure out a way to get to the king’s tower because he is gonna need that push because going through the other towers and then getting to the king’s tower, he won’t have enough elixir left to defend his own king tower as well with that. I think he has to get lucky and throw goblin barrels on the king tower. Hit it with clone and whatnot to win this game. Maybe this is going to be a video like that based off the emote he hit.

But then this fucker goes on to put a inferno tower and a crossbow in place of the destroyed towers. Then we see the popular football reaction images of like mind blown what type of goal this is and the King Tower has that meme where the guy’s brain explodes not literally of course.

So it felt like a silly video but there is a lot of nuance in this. It showed a situation where immediate action was anticipated, action did happen, but then we were kind of promised a reversal of tides and then we were greeted with an absolute buffoonery. Ten out of ten videos deserves the sixteen k likes. Awesome.
