Urgency and the habits. Forget habits for now. How do we create urgency? In my life urgency has never come from logic. it has come from emotions. logic can let me sit still but emotions make me restless and wanna do something.

• Where did these emotions come from?

They came from memory or a future thought or current realisation or watching media or a chain of logic that triggered a memory or future thought or current realistion. Urgency it seems comes frm inside. Very memory or prediction driven. Lived experience, passed dreams, nostalgia, aspirations, anxieties seem to be the key to urgency. So it seems urgency comes from within. Knowing the inner and triggering it might be the pareto move. Information changes what someone knows. Emotion changes what someone feels compelled to do.

I think fear, greed, anger and fun
You build a world with multiple objects, but the end goal of it is to one have your object, and second funnel it all towards fear, greed, anger, and fun, so that they feel the urgency to act.

What is my object?
What attention-rich world can introduce it?
Which of the four emotions am I activating?
What specific action should that emotion motivate?

answering these can help make good shit. Because no matter what externsic i expose them to action will come whats intrinsic.

Also unrelated thought, Existence of a product market fit implies existence of market first. A lot of motherfuckers try to innovate so much that they hit no man’s land, something which has no market, and most businesses fail because of demand issues.

I bet it’s really, really fucking hard to fail if you go for the intrinsic. I think product market fit failure is mostly a consequence of not being intrinsic.

It’s really simple. Go for a market that already exists. Go for an angle which is kind of new but still lets you employ all the fucking tactics that you see working and print your fucking money.
