Since months, I have been trying to find the underpinning of what makes good content, business and product. I made like seven eight different systems and I think everything is like converging now to the point where it can all turn into a single sentence.

[PERSON] wants [DESIRE]
because [GENERATOR].
They hate [NOT IT] and want [IT],
which creates the yearning for [YEARNING].
We embody that yearning in [Object of Offering].
We talk about that via [PILLARS].
Those pillars spawn [INVARIANTS].
Content = 1:1 communication an invariant/s.
Example of this can be.
Young smart ambitious person wants fuck you money because they feel stuck in their current job. They hate the current constraint and want freedom, which creates yearning for money, fame, power, freedom. Status etc. And all that can be compressed into an object such as business or its subdivisions like copywriting or sales or. Video editing or whatever. And when we choose one of these objects, let’s say you select copywriting, then copywriting as a niche has its own pillars like psychology of the target or structure of the words or. Masters of the craft. These are the pillars, and those pillars, you’ll see that there are few embedded ideas that constantly keep appearing in all these pillars. So these invariants we make our content around those. For example, one invariant can be that don’t make it clever, make it simple. Then one video can be. Why this copy failed? Why this copy worked? Another can be why Ogilvy was so successful. So you get the point. And these conversations are what your piece of content actually is.
And to target the current notit even more, you can bifurcate it into four things. Maybe their current knowledge is notit. Maybe their current workflows are not it. Maybe their current mindset is not it. Maybe their current network is not it. So you can choose that as the not it and downstream that changes the yearning, the object, the pillars and the invariants and the one-to-one communications you have via your content.
So in this example, a smart young ambitious person wants fuck you money because they feel stuck in their current job, and they currently can sense that they are stuck in this position because they have the knowledge about business but don’t have the workflows to. Start a business and quit their current job. So, the current not it becomes their current level of workflow or lack of it. And it becomes some idealized stage where the workflows exist, they are executing properly and they are getting the results of it. Maybe it can be some tool, maybe it can be A team, or it can be knowledge about some process. It can be a lot of things, and then you can downstream keep changing the fill in the blanks that you are supposed to deal with in this framework. But I think this is one of the most comprehensive thing you can use to come up with a niche, a product, an audience, and what exactly you are targeting. It’s really comprehensive.
Other thing is if you are going to target someone’s current knowledge level then maybe you can go for a course or a book. If you are going for someone’s current workflows then maybe you can go for a workshop or a software tool or a production tool or whatever physical or software. If you are going after current mindset then maybe coaching can be a thing. If you are going after current network then maybe you can go for communities maybe a skool community.
So the person you are targeting and whatever not it they are facing because of generator is what you go after. So find a person you would like to work with, you would like to have one issue conversation with, and help them get what they want. Essentially, you are here to fix someone’s problems. Someone really specific that okay they want something and they can’t have it because of their current position and exactly which part of that position are you helping with? You need to have clarity about that and you are golden. If you have that, you will have your product in your head, you will have your communications and content dialed down and you can start off really smooth. And you will have much more probability of having a product market fit.
I struggled for months to come up with something this concise, and it reminds me of this image. I had like a lot of tacky frameworks and all that are scattered across this blog. You can find them, but I think all of them came together to make this current one, and I’m going all in on this.

Object of offering =
What recurring state would make the yearning feel true?
Who or what must recognize it? (the spectators or participants in our person's life)
What action has to recur? (something that our person does)
What evidence would make the person believe the state is real? (metrics)
