A huge pond

One thing I now realize is that okay you will have a process and that process will have sub processes, and essentially what is a process doing? It is taking some input, processing it, and turning it into an output, right? So when you don’t know what to do next, maybe what you can do is build a reservoir. Of output of these sub processes in a sense. For example, your process is creating X Y Z. Okay. Of course, since you have systemized the whole thing, maybe you can just run it over time and have like 500 outputs of X Y Z so that. Running this system is not a bottleneck anymore. Until like you have the idea of what to do next, maybe you can just go behind your system and create reservoirs so that the process itself doesn’t become the bottleneck anymore. You can just keep going ahead whenever the inspiration strikes. So basically, when you don’t know what to do, the cliche thing of building capacity still applies even for systems that are already built. Just because a system is built doesn’t mean you actually have a reservoir, right? A system gives you potential capacity, and the output gives you actual thing, right? So I think uh the thing I realize now, okay, you have process, figure out the sub processes for each sub processes. First of all, standardize it, then make it into a process, and then run that process so much that you have like a huge reservoir. Of high quality outputs that you can just use, and I think this can lead to much more medici effect since like okay, let’s say you have five sub processes and for each five of them you have like created a reservoir of hundred. Now the medici effect between those the combinatorics that can happen is insane. So yeah, identify, standardize. Turn it into a process, automate it, and then build a fucking reservoir.

process has to run and create outputs, right? And bottleneck can emerge when the thing is just not producing. And overproduction can be a bad thing in physical things, but since we are, like, in the digital world and this is just text and information, we can never have to worry about that. So I had this idea.
