Always be in Business

Service > Courses > SaaS > White Label > Brick and Mortar.

It’s a spectrum from zero capital to high capital business.

If you’re skilled enough to offer a service or consult someone, you’re skilled enough to turn it into a course.

If you can make a SaaS and market it with just content then only hosting cost will need a bit of capital.

White label needs overhead and staff to stock the product and fulfill orders

While Brick and Mortar will need all that plus buildings.

The point is to always be in business.

And we are supposed to take into account current capital level we have.

So if you are broke go do services and courses.

If you got some money, go try SaaS or white label.

If you got even more?

Solidify it in real estate and brick and mortar.

Always play the ball.

Never not play because you do not have the capital.

You are always eligible for some business model.

Play where you are eligible and keep stringing contacts for the next level.

But never not play.

Always play the ball.
